Lil Bear Development Corp. has experience in Non Farm Use (NFU) applications with Agriculture Land Commission (ALC) for placement and removal of soil pending with the ALC for a 10 acre fill site in Surrey, BC.

• Fill sites with structural gravel for purpose of improving land to accommodate full range of agricultural uses
• Dumping & stockpiling sites
• Clearing, grubbing, site prep, grading fill material
• Place and grade native topsoil and slope to 1:3 degrees for adequate drainage
